Ever work on something and it seems some invisible force is stopping you from succeeding.

1) Years back I wanted to start a website... I had a pretty good idea, I had a good marketing strategy. Everything kinda worked out and I  was even able to expand to another couple websites a few years later. Then money started coming., Good money and it was coming in faster and faster. I was on to something, and when you know it...you know it. I still remember the exciting feelings and the overwhelming happiness I had. Suddenly income-wise, the sky was the limit. I immediately got daydream flashes of driving a nice Beamer and how nice it would be to have as young as I was. This just gave me more incentive to succeed and now I am taking this ideal and I am going to run it all the way to till am #1 in my field. ...Not!

Apparently Invisible Force went on vacation or was just playing with me to see how far I get before he shows me who's boss. Suddenly I am at a point where my sons mom and I are breaking up and I need to find a new place to live and prepare for court. I could no longer work on my project anymore because it was something she could have used in court and found out later could have caused legal problems if not child custody problems. It was then I had to let it all go.

2) After having some problems with my credit, I was able to get it back up to almost 800. I could walk into a bank and get a couple grand off my signature alone. Kate and I were still fighting from the break up. I wasn't seeing my son as much as I wanted and I was really big into Real Estate. I wanted my very first property to be a 4 plex. I looked for sometime..and one day I had an agent tell me about this one triplex 2500 sq ft house that was 3 stories high and had just been completely remodeled. The owner was willing to Seller-Carry 30% of the loan and redo the roof. Basically all I had to do was qualify for the rest of the loan and I did. I was really hesitant about this because I was getting that excited feeling again and I didnt want to be let down like last time. So I called in someone to inspect the house and had my Uncles, other family and friends check it out with me. It was a huge house. The basement studio apartment had a Jacuzzi tub. The main 2 bedroom floor has just had its wooden floor completely redone, and the upstairs 2 bedroom apartment just had a professional grade kitchen installed (I guess the lady selling it, son was a chef or something, and that's where he lived.). New ciding, big beautiful back yard with an excellent place for a hot tub and even had a dog kennel run.and a place for a nice garden (if I was into that). It also had a older barn for a garage but it wasn't looking so good. Anyways the best part of this whole thing was that there was an extra room with an unused bathroom near the room where everybody does laundry. I knew I could take that Washer and Dryer move it underneath the porch. and turn that room into a 1 bedroom apartment with a small kitchen. Making it into a 4plex and bringing in another $300 - $400 or so in rent. Well after the inspections went through I decided to go with it and gave them my deposit. We negotiated the price and I got it really cheap..Almost 25% less than what the owner had paid for it when they bought it. The day I found it the place was going to be mine is the day I ran back into Invisible Force. I went out to celebrate that night, and that night on the way home I got a DUII. I refused to blow so I lost my license for 1 year. Part of the financing agreement on was that it must be owner occupied. Meaning that I had to live there. The place that I currently lived at was less than 5 minutes away from my job. I knew that I was also looking at some heavy fines, probation costs, etc. With income always being the priority and living within walking distance from it. I had to turn down my dream house with my dream offer. That was probably one the hardest things I ever had to do.

3) I still had my credit though. So I could go on..As long as I dont lose my credit thats all that matters, as it will take 7 years to get it back. So I start looking around for other places and I ran into a girl. Her name was Jaime and she was very beautiful. She offered me a ride home from the pizza place. I remember I liked her so much that I couldn't talk to her as my tongue was tied. We got to my place and I thought for sure I wouldnt see her again...but she brought up my internet story I told her earlier and she asked to see my site... :)  So I brought her in and she ended up staying that night....***When I woke up that morning I went to fold up my blanket...it was a blanket that was left here. I thought it was one of those black fuzzy ones with a Unicorn on them, but when I looked twice it wasn't a Unicorn at all...It was a white stallion..*** Anyways we were hitting it off it really well. Then Invisible Force again shows up (if you think we had to break up your wrong...just the opposite) and I find out that she's married and her husband, no exaggeration, was about the size of Andre the Giant. I am 6' tall and he made me look small. Anyways the end up getting a divorce and we become a couple. I loved her very much, however she often cycled a lot with her emotions. I later found out that she was Bi Polar to the worst degree. I didn't understand bi-polar so I thought it was no big thing. but to make a long story short..even though I had the time of my life with her. I also had the worst time in hell with her. She was terrible with money and even dabbled in drugs. With in a year my credit was completely shot and we ended up moving nearly 5 times in one year. All in apartments upstairs. She cheated on me and kicked me out of 1 apartment where we had a 1 year lease. I gave my 30 day notice but she wasn't able to stay in the apartment for 20 days without getting evicted. Since my 30 days wasn't up and it was only the 2 nd month of the lease I now not only have any credit anymore..but I now owe about $6000 plus damages to the apartment from the cops that had to physically bust down the bedroom door, slam his head into the wall a couple times leaving holes, macing him with that citric stuff which stains the carpets and physically carried him outside and down the concrete stairs hogtied. I think its safe to say I got an eviction on my record too.

To be continued. .... This is my first time writing anything that can be seen by the public...This is rough draft.
